Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s essential to fuel up first thing in the morning so you have enough energy to make it through a long, busy day. With myriad breakfast selections to choose from, we asked the Lobel family of master butchers to tell us about their favorite breakfasts.
Evan Lobel: “My go-to breakfast is three eggs over easy served with gluten free toast, with hummus spread, sliced avocado, and a side of crispy home fries. I also need an espresso in the mornings. Occasionally I’ll substitute a minute steak for the toast.”
Stanley Lobel: “For breakfast I like to eat fried eggs with some well done salami.”
David Lobel: “Nothing says buenos dias like a breakfast burrito with ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken. I also love having our double hickory smoked bacon on the side.”
Mark Lobel: “I’m not big on breakfast, but when I do sit down for a nice meal to start the day I would do an egg-white omelet with cheddar and a side of bacon.”
