I love this sauce sigh Some people like mint sauce or jelly with lamb. Well I think Tracklement\s Horseradish and Cream Sauce goes even better with lamb whether it be chops or a roast. I also always put out a jar (actually do put it in a bowl) when serving prime rib. It is also a really nice substitute for steak sauce. It just goes really well with lamb and beefmaking fora real taste bud treat.
