My go to Steak The 20oz bone-in dry aged strip is the best. I love strip steaks and it is nearly impossible to find a consistent strip from most butchers. Not the case with Lobel\s. Thickness quality and marbling are always consistent at the top of the mark. \n\nNothing like cooking this cut on my Weber Kettle grill and teeing it up with a big glass of Bordeaux! \n\nGood thing I don\t live near the butcher shop....or I\d be busted eating their beef!

Best Strip I\ve had I\m from Chicago and grew up eating at some of the finest Chicago Steak Houses.. This strip was one of the best I\ve tasted! Fantastic! Will order again and again!
