Nothing better than Lobel\s Prime Filets Ordered 3 10oz. and 3 8oz. Everything was perfect the delivery the packaging and most of all the Filets. My nephew grilled them had a little family get together and everyone said they were the best.....Will re-order again sometime..\n\nThank-you Lobels...

cuts like butter if you want tender this is the ultimate in tender and well marbled considering the cut. my 96 year old mom says its the best steak she ever had and easy to chew.

SOFT AND TENDER I KEEP IT SIMPLE COOK IT AT ROOM TEMP ON THE GRILL NATURAL WOOD CHARCOAL.... I DIP IT IN MELTED BUTTER THAN PUT IT AS FAR AWAY FROM THE FIRE AS POSSIBLE. TURN IT ONCE. THAN OVER THE CHARCOAL POOR MELTED BUTTER OVER IT SEAR IT 1 MINUTE EACH SIDE. TAKE IT OFF THE GRILL. COVER IT WAIT 5 MINUTES AND SERVE. SLOW COOKING IS THE KEY ! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A MORE TENDER TASTY SUCCULENT FILET.
