Believe it or not, but fabulous for stir-fryJust the right size for healthful servings of beef with vegetables and seasonings. I don't see how I'll be able to go back to flank steak for this type of dish. And by the way also makes a great grilled minute steak.

A Tender Quick Steak These steaks defrost quickly and cook equally quickly. They remain tender and are delightful as the star in a steak sandwich. If you need a quick meal or if you hosting a summer or fall get-together the minute steaks are your go-to meat. Your crowd will be pleased.

Umm umm good! Had one of these steaks for dinner. Simply a hot skillet a little olive oil a few minutes on each side perfection.\nGuess i’ll have to order more of these!
