Perfection I purchased two prime 28 oz bone in rib steaks and grilled them to a medium. Probably the most tender delicious steaks ever. Time and time again Lobel’s sends me the best steaks. They have yet to disappoint.\n

Best prime meat purveyor on the internet…second to NONE!!!!! Absolutelyi fantastic quality meat…as good as you can get at ONLY the top five or ten steak restaurants in the US. No other internet competitor comes close!!!! We’re native New Yorkers who grew up with Lobels and were familiar with the company’s decades old reputation for quality. We live in Washington DC now and recently bought 4 20oz USDA prime dry-aged bone-in rib steaks. They were FABULOUS! No restaurant in DC serves meat of equal quality. If what you’re after is fantastic taste tenderness proper marbling etc buy from Lobel’s fire up your backyard grill and sit back and enjoy!!!!

Rib eye steak 16 oz bone in This steak was similar in texture and taste to the rib roast we had for Xmas dinner. Very good taste but not exceptional and the meat was chewy throughout. Not what I’ve been accustomed to from Lobels. My recommendation below is simply based on this one steak and likely not representative of Lobels products.

out of the ball park again ! We oven roasted it at 325 standing up on the bone. It was very flavorful and super tender.

still smacken my lips oven roasted at 325 was tender and very flavourful. Highly recommend this rib steak.
