It’s also known as Delmonico, Kansas City Strip, and club steak, but its real name is shell steak—named for the part of the short loin from which it is cut. Dry-aged to the peak of tenderness and juiciness, the Bone-In Strip Steak is favored by many who want the added flavor imparted by cooking with the bone intact. Bone-In Strip Steak is best grilled, pan-seared, or pan-roasted.

Delivered as promised! Bone -in Strip Steaks were delivered on time and well packaged. Steaks were well marbled and tasted great\n. \nThis is my first experience with food mail order and I was not disappointed. Beats going to 3-4 super markets to look for a good cut!
