DETAILS

This is the king of steaks—two steaks in one, actually. Cut from the hip end of the short loin, our dry-aged Porterhouse contains a full portion of the shell, or strip, and a hearty portion of the filet, separated by the characteristic T-shaped bone. Porterhouse steak is best grilled, pan-seared, or pan-roasted.

O-U-T-S-T-A-N-D-I-N-G!!!! A total knockout. We grilled the steak on the BBQ and it was unbelievable. You could cut it with a fork...it was that tender and melted in your mouth like butter. The Porterhouse was juicy and loaded with flavor. What a great piece of meat. Thank you Lobels.

I’m sure the quality of the meat is as good as ever but I’d like an online option to order THICKER steaks. I’m iften working later than I’d care to call...I don’t think you have butchers taking orders at 1am anyway and I will not awaken early enough to order steaks for same day shipping.
