Nothing better than Lobel\s Prime Filets Ordered 3 10oz. and 3 8oz. Everything was perfect the delivery the packaging and most of all the Filets. My nephew grilled them had a little family get together and everyone said they were the best.....Will re-order again sometime..\n\nThank-you Lobels...

SOFT AND TENDER I KEEP IT SIMPLE COOK IT AT ROOM TEMP ON THE GRILL NATURAL WOOD CHARCOAL.... I DIP IT IN MELTED BUTTER THAN PUT IT AS FAR AWAY FROM THE FIRE AS POSSIBLE. TURN IT ONCE. THAN OVER THE CHARCOAL POOR MELTED BUTTER OVER IT SEAR IT 1 MINUTE EACH SIDE. TAKE IT OFF THE GRILL. COVER IT WAIT 5 MINUTES AND SERVE. SLOW COOKING IS THE KEY ! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A MORE TENDER TASTY SUCCULENT FILET.
