Best cut after Hanger steak IMO The flavor is in the fat so ribeye is my go-to steak if I can\t get hanger.

My second favorite cut of beef After hanger steak ribeye is my favorite cut and since most steakhouses don\t offer hanger steak (hanger is still found almost exclusively in casual French restaurants) I usually order ribeye. Lobel\s ribeyes are the best. Period. Never been disappointed.

Better than prime from our markets Love the wagyu for really special occasions but these prime steaks are awesome. Much better than prime steaks we get from local markets.

Simply the best ! I grilled 10 of these steaks this weekend for a complimentary dinner for some of my fellow competitors at a BBQ competition. These people are all long time steak lovers and they all love exceptionally great food. Every single one of them told me that was the best steak they\ve ever had anywhere and wanted to know where I got them. They were so tender and juicy throughout and so full of flavor. It says a lot to get such rave reviews from a group of people like this that know great steaks when they taste one. I highly recommend !!

first time shopper had the ribeye with rosemary potatoes and creamed corn. also had a 2010 bordeaux to wash it down. best steak i\ve ever had. i used to buy my steaks from allen bros out of chicago. always bought their prime meats. one day i noticed on a box of prime meat the phrase \mechanically tenderized\. since when does prime meat have to be tenderized? the hatoffs(original owners of allen bros) sold out to restaurant warehouse and i guess the bean counters stepped in. i have told all my friends who shop there about this and hopefully they will patronize lobels. if i\m dining out i always ask who their meat purveyor is if it\s ab i don\t order it. you are now my go to meat source and rest assured that i will extol your products.
