dry aged sweetheart steak omg they are all right you can cut it with a fork it melts in your mouth.we bought other stuff have not tried yet but its all going to be the same.we will buy again and again.love love this steak. this is what meat should be like.

Superb Grilled this baby with some wood pellets on the coals. Cooked med rare and set my taste buds on beyond-beyond. Never had a better meat experience.
