DETAILS

When we create our whole smoked bone-in pork butts, we set a few aside, remove the bone and hand-pull the meat into shreds before ladling on just the right amount of Lobel’s BBQ Sauce. Talk about convenience! You’d better get all your side dishes ready ahead of time, because our 2-pound trays of pulled pork heat up in the microwave in a matter of minutes.

This product is shipped frozen. Some thawing may occur during transit.

Heating Instructions
Peel back lid at corner to vent, approximately 1 inch. Place in microwave, and heat on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove entire lid and stir contents to mix thoroughly. Continue heating on HIGH for 2 minutes more or until desired serving temperature is reached.

Pork; Coated With Seasonings: Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Garlic, Sugar, Paprika, Spices, Onion, Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Vinegar Solids), Natural Flavors. juicy tender meat well i tried it again the meat was tender juicy i scraped off 70 percent of the sauce before i nuked it. the sauce seemed improved tangy and vinegary. would have enjoyed having the burnt ends included the fat that adds so much flavor from the crust of the roast. i would like seeing the sauce on the side! its a good quick meal something to keep in the freezer for emergency.

tender and delicious i bought this when it first was introduced. the directions were easy and simple to follow the meat was mouth wateringly delectable. the sauce is tasty but unfortunately nothing special and they put in way to much sauce for my personal taste. but it was good enough that seeing it here reminded me of it and i will include it in my next order and remove some of the sauce if i can. and add some hot red pepper flakes. if you dont have 7 hours to make it at home this is a great substitute for ready made.
