Excellent Roast! I felt a little trepidation ordering this roast as it was more expensive than the rib roasts I usually purchase from the supermarket. The convenience of the roast being boned and tied gave the advantage of both worlds of being able to roast on the bone with easy removal of the meat for carving. The overwhelming praise I received from my family when I served this made it worth every penny! It was the centerpiece of our Christmas dinner and made it very special. Thank you Lobel\s.....this will now be a must-have for future holidays!

Incredible This will spoil your taste buds - WARNING!!! - you will never be happy with the local steak house prime rib EVER again after having this - . Its expensive but worth the experience. I have ordered this for the last (3) Christmas\s for my immediate family sent (1) to my far away brother and also sent to (2) important clients that I have - everyone raves about this roast - only problem is that I have to repeat with the same gifts each year because they all expect now! The best I have ever had!
