Mom’s 80th Birthday Ordered this for a special birthday party with friends. What a beautiful cut of meat. I roasted it in the oven and it was absolutely delicious. Maybe best pork roast I have ever had. Perfectly butchered with just the right amount of fat. Highly recommend
