Great piece of meatThis is a cut of beef that generally goes unnoticed. Put salt on it a few hours before cooking in a black fry pan.. Fantastic!

MARINATE THE STEAK UPGRADING MY RATING. I MARINATED THE STEAK OVER NITE IN WORCESTERSHIRE. BUT I WILL USE OTHER MARINADES . THIS STEAK WAS TOP SHELF ONCE MARINATED. FOR THE PRICE THIS CANT BE BEAT!

GREAT value took it from lobels box to frying pan tasty tender .... for me it needed lotta seasoning but was a great breakfast steak i will definately re order..
