Our family history as master butchers stretches back to 1840. Our butcher shop, a fixture of the Upper East Side, has stood at the corner of Madison and 82nd for more than 60 years. The 4th, 5th, and 6th generations of our family of master butchers work side-by-side, selecting only the finest USDA Prime Beef, dry aging it to perfection, and hand cutting it for our customers.
