    2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
    1 cup leftover stuffing
    3 tbsp. butter
    1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    1/2 cup leftover turkey gravy
    Pepper, freshly ground

Directions

    Mix turkey and stuffing in bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in frying pan and sauté peppers and onions. When slightly brown, add turkey mixture and gravy and stir well. Cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
    Increase heat last 10 minutes so that hash will brown and become nicely crusted. Shake pan occasionally to prevent sticking.
