This vinaigrette is from the Mediterranean Grilled Chicken Salad recipe.

Ingredients
Buy ingredients available from Lobel's

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

2 tsp. chopped shallots

2 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, shallots, mustard, and tarragon.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Set aside until ready to use.
