Ham and Brie Canapés

    (1/2 lb.) Ham
    1/2 lb. brie
    1 jar roasted red peppers
    1/8 cup horseradish, prepared
    3/8 cup mayonnaise
    Pumpernickel bread rounds or crisps

Directions

    Make the spicy mayo by mixing together the prepared horseradish with the mayonnaise.
    Thinly slice the ham and cut each slice into quarters.
    Thinly slice the roasted red peppers.
    Top each pumpernickel rounds with red pepper slices. Add ham and brie. Then top with a dollop of spicy mayo.
