Better than steak from high end on line prime meatI have purchased prime meat many on line purveyors but this was excellent Better than their filet Mignon. Seared in cast iron and in oven for 12 minutes. So tender and beefy flavor. Serve with mushrooms and demi veal

Great flavorWe finally decided to try the Prime London Broil and it was fantastic. We charbroiled it on our Weber grill. We cooked it to 125 degrees It was juicy, very tender, and had a nice beefy flavor making the best London broil we ever tasted.
