With a maximum acidity of 0.4 and a golden yellow color, it offers balance of delicate fruit and luscious butter, accompanied by a slight hint of pepper and an aromatic bouquet of fresh basil, almonds, and artichoke hearts.An all-natural product, Zoe oil is certified GMO-free by the Non-GMO project. This certification designates that Zoe oil is produced from olives grown in centuries-old groves and contains no genetically modified organisms.
