In fact, that's what makes them exclusive to our online business. Quite often, the products that we are able to offer online are not inventoried at our Manhattan store.

Event
Other times, we offer promotions to attendees of the many special events we do each year, the Food and Wine Magazine Classic at Aspen, for example.

Each of these events has its own unique promotional code that you will use to qualify when placing an order.

Online Orders
If you are ordering online, you will be linked to a page that allows you to choose from the products offered on promotion. Just select the featured products you want and your shopping cart will automatically calculate and include the promotional items.

If you like, you can continue shopping for other promotional items or enter our online butcher shop to select non-promotional items before you proceed to checkout. Just use the butcher shop's side navigation buttons to move through the various categories.

If you want to place your order over the phone with a customer-service representative, be sure to provide the promotional code before placing your order.
