| 1. Grill, broil, or pan fry the sausages, according to your preference.
2. Transfer the sausages to an ovenproof baking dish or cast-iron pan. Spoon the Onion Marmalade on top of the sausages. Finish in a preheated 350°F oven for 5 minutes. Remove the sausages from the pan.
3. Optional: Stir a little red wine into the pan juices for a brilliant onion gravy.
4. Serve the sausages on a bed of mashed potatoes, drizzling the pan juices over them. |
