LOBEL'S TEAMS WITH THE NEW YORK YANKEES TO OFFER GOURMET MEATS AT YANKEE STADIUM
Lobel's Receives Prime Positioning as Part of the Yankees' New "Fresh-To-Order" Food Program

NEW YORK, NY (April 14, 2009) — The New York Yankees and gourmet meat purveyor Lobel's, two New York institutions, have teamed up to bring some of America's finest meat to Yankee Stadium. With the start of the 2009 baseball season, visitors will be able to purchase Lobel's USDA prime beef throughout the stadium. 

In addition to the Internet, at lobels.com, Yankee Stadium is the only retail location, other than Lobel's Prime Meats on Madison Avenue, where the public can buy meats from the famed New York butcher.

To showcase the art of fine butchering, Lobel's will have a demonstration shop on the field-level concourse near Section 133—a replica of the venerable Lobel's Prime Meats on Madison Avenue. Fans will be able to watch Lobel's butchers trimming and preparing different cuts of beef, which will be used at dining venues throughout the Stadium. The butcher shop features a display of Lobel's signature dry-aging process. 

In addition, a nearby portable carving station will offer fresh Lobel's steak sandwiches for purchase. 

Fans in the Luxury Suites and in select restaurants within the Stadium will be able to order menu items prepared with meats from Lobel's. Moreover, during the game all Luxury Suite guests will have the opportunity to purchase a variety of hand-cut meats from Lobel's to take home after the game. 

Finally, the Home Plate Store (the gift shop in the Great Hall) will stock pre-selected packages of frozen meats from Lobel's in refrigerated cases.

LOBEL'S DEBUTS 'MEAT OF THE MONTH' PACKAGES

NEW YORK, NY (November 20, 2008) — Devoted carnivores can now have a different shipment of specially selected meats delivered to their door each month through a series of new Meat Of The Month packages just introduced by Lobel's of New York, the gourmet meat purveyor (www.lobels.com). The new Meat Of The Month service is available in 12-month, 6-month and 4-month packages.

Drawing on a variety of fine meats from Lobel's, the Meat Of The Month selections include USDA Prime beef, lamb, veal and other specialty meats. The 2009 Meat Of The Month schedule is:
- January – Two 8-ounce USDA Prime Filet Mignon
- February – One 'Sweetheart' USDA Prime Dry-Aged Strip Steak
- March – Four 1-pound packages of Beef for Stew
- April – Two 24-ounce Frenched Racks of Lamb
- May – Six 8-ounce Wyoming Burgers; one package Lobel's Hot Dogs
- June – Two 18-ounce USDA Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steaks
- July – Two 20-ounce USDA Prime Dry-Aged Bone-In Rib Steaks
- August – Four 1-pound packages of Tenderloin for Kabobs
- September – One 3- to 4-pound USDA Prime Pot Roast
- October – Two 20-ounce Veal Osso Buco
- November – One Whole Smoked Turkey
- December – One 4-pound USDA Prime Dry-Aged Boned & Tied Rib Roast

The 12-month (January – December) Meat Of The Month package is $1,399.98; the 6-month (January – June or June – December) Meat Of The Month package is $698.98; the 4-month (January – April or May – August or September – December) Meat Of The Month package is $468.98. The package prices include overnight delivery for each shipment.

Lobel's is also introducing a series of seasonal and themed meat packages available throughout the year. The first, which has just been launched, is called Winter Celebrations ($479.98) and includes:
