Problems

If you have any problem with your order (product condition, defective packaging, non-delivery, etc.), contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery. Check your order confirmation for scheduled delivery date. Contact Customer Service by calling day or night 877-783-4512, or by sending an e-mail via our online feedback form.

Return Policy
Do not return any order without specific instructions from our Customer Service Department. Please contact by phone or e-mail.

Shipping Policies


When ordering beef, lamb, veal, pork, and poultry
Lobel’s meats are always delivered to you fresh, and have never been frozen. Orders are individually vacuum-sealed and surrounded by gel packs in a Styrofoam cooler.

We custom prepare each meat order and ship it to you via Federal Express Priority Overnight Service. Please consult the chart below for a complete description of shipping charges.

†† FedEx Express Saver service guarantees delivery within three business days of the ship date by 4:30 p.m. to business addresses and by 7:00 p.m. to residential addresses. We regret that we can not guarantee an exact delivery date for merchandise.

Customer Referral Program

Any existing customer with a valid Customer Referral Program number can earn our thanks and a complimentary $50.00 gift certificate for referring a new customer to Lobel's of New York.

Eligibility

To refer a new customer:

  • You must be an existing Lobel's of New York customer with a valid e-mail address in our customer database.
  • For your reference, your Customer Referral Program number can be found on the receipt from your most recent order.

Notification
When someone you've referred to Lobel's places a new-customer order of $150.00 or more (exclusive of shipping costs), we'll notify you by e-mail and include a dollar-value gift certificate worth $50.00 off a future Lobel's of New York purchase.

Redemptions
